LPRwiki

LPRwiki is a knowledge sharing and learning space for The London Perret Roche Group's (LPR) visitors, clients and staff. It is an open community space for a community of shared interests, practices and commitments. This wiki is intended as a resource for those interested in, and committed to, transforming their organization so as to cause a "Reinvention".

The work of The London Perret Roche Group is to support organizations in designing and implementing rapid, large-scale, discontinuous, and substantive change. We call this work “Organizational Reinvention”. Our work is to elicit and guide the invention of the desired future for the organization, co-design the pathways for implementation, and coach, teach, train and support those engaged in the Reinvention of their organization, so that the new desired results are achieved, and become sustainable and replicable.

LPR supports organizations cause "transformations" in the pursuit of their mission and vision. By "transformation", we mean a state change, not just an improvement over the past. These transformations are expressed as wholly new possibilities for desirable discontinuities in: performance, leadership, systems, processes, behaviors, and relationships - in short in the totality of the organization's design.

This LPRwiki is designed for everyone who shares that interest and commitment, with an explicit invitation to contribute your passion and experience, pose your questions and concerns, and to take from the community whatever is of value in forwarding your commitment to transforming organizations.

Given organizations play such a critical role in human society, everything that can be done to help them master transforming themselves by design is the mission of LPR.
